Changing IP Blocks

With proper justification, the IP block assigned to a dedicated server can be swapped for a completely different IP block. There is a one time $20 charge (per occurrence) for swapping the IP block.

To swap an IP block:
  1. Open a ticket with the Billing Department
  2. Provide the existing server IP and host name as well as the reason for the IP change. Please note that this will be manually reviewed and is not guaranteed to be approved.
  3. A $20 charge will be applied to your account for the IP change.
  4. IP changes can only be completed during regular business hours (9 AM to 5 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays).
Please contact billing@dashboard.qnez.net with any questions.
